Ensure a Safe Delivery

Please ensure that your parcel is delivered to a secure location, whether it's a residential or business address, to help prevent loss, theft, or interception after delivery.

• For residential addresses: Choose a location where someone will be available to receive the parcel, or where it can be safely left (e.g., behind a gate or in a parcel box).
• For business addresses: Include the company name to avoid any delays or confusion during delivery.

Marshall Menswear packs and processes all parcels with the utmost care. However, once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit or after delivery.

Track Your Order

A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and courier provider. Please note that you may not see any tracking updates until 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Address

Marshall Menswear delivers to residential addresses, business addresses (please include business name), and P.O. Boxes.

Returned to Sender

If your parcel has been returned to sender, please contact our support team via email. Provide your order number, tracking number, and indicate if you would like the parcel redelivered to the same address or an alternative address.
