Full-Priced Items

• Eligible for a full refund or exchange (of similar value).
• Return request must be submitted within 365 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-personalized and in original resalable condition with tags attached.

Clearance Items

• Final sale — no refunds.
• Size exchanges allowed within 14 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Processing

Once your return form is submitted with proof of purchase (order confirmation email) and clear product photos and the item is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
