Return Eligibility

Full-Priced Items

  • Eligible for a refund or free size swap for same item. (same colour/same style)
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-personalized and in original resalable condition with tags attached.
  • Each order item is eligible for a single exchange.

Clearance Collection Items

  • Final sale — No Refunds/ No Size exchanges

Processing

For returns and size exchanges, please contact service@marshallmenswear.com.au and complete our Returns & Exchanges Form.

  • Once your completed exchanges and returns form has been received and the item has been delivered to our warehouse, your return or exchange will be processed within 24 hours.
