Return Eligibility & Options
At Marshall Menswear, we are committed to providing high-quality garments and a seamless shopping experience. Below is our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Full-Priced Items
Returning full-priced items are eligible for:
- A full refund
- An exchange (for a different size or item of similar value)
We accept returns on all full-priced items, provided the following conditions are met:
- A return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not personalized.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in a resalable state.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please ensure items are securely packaged, as Marshall Menswear is not responsible for any damage incurred during return transit.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. However, size exchanges are available upon request, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 14 days of purchasing your order.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not personalized.
- It must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in a resalable state.
We cannot guarantee availability for exchanges on clearance items due to limited stock.
How to do Returns & Exchanges for an Online Order
We’ve made returns simple and stress-free. Just follow these steps:
Step 1 – Request a Return
Complete our Returns & Exchanges Form. Once submitted, we’ll send you a prepaid return envelope — complimentary.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Item
Ensure it’s unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not personalized, and in original condition with tags attached. Pack it securely.
Step 3 – Send It Back
Simply drop the prepaid envelope at any Australia Post location or mailbox.
Please note: Items remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Processing
Your return will be handled within 5 business days of arrival, with updates provided at every stage.
Afterpay Purchases
Afterpay orders purchased online can be returned to our warehouse for a full refund to your Afterpay account. Refunds may be processed differently by Afterpay.
Faulty Items
At Marshall Menswear, every garment is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us promptly at service@marshallmenswear.com.au with:
- Clear photos of the fault
- A brief description of the problem
- Your order number and contact details
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we’ll issue a reply-paid return label at no additional cost. You may then request:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
- An alternative item of equal value
- A full refund to your original payment method
Wrong Item Received
If you’ve received an incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will send you the correct item without delay and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
To ensure a smooth exchange, please return the item in its original condition with all tags attached.
Warranty
6-Month Product Warranty
All our products come with a 6-month warranty. If you believe there is a fault with your item, contact us at service@marshallmenswear.com.au with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.
If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation and product availability.
Note: This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
